AuthSvc and Account Login
AuthSvc may process email/password login, Google or LinkedIn login, session cookies, tokens, application ids, user roles, app registrations, and audit events. Authentication data is used to verify identity, authorize dashboards, secure accounts, and connect users to the correct SERVLOCI service.
Hiring, Assessments, and Companies
For applicants, we may process profile details, skills, submissions, assessment evidence, interview notes, and placement status. For company HR users, we may process company requirements, job descriptions, candidate shortlists, feedback, and interview outcomes. We may share relevant candidate information with companies only for hiring, review, interview, or placement purposes.
AI-Assisted Features
Some SERVLOCI workflows may use AI-assisted tools for summarization, rubric drafting, code review support, candidate evidence organization, lab feedback, support triage, or learning guidance. We do not intend AI outputs to be the only basis for high-impact decisions. Human review should be used for hiring, assessment, rejection, promotion, or similar consequential decisions.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a copy of your information. You may also opt out of non-essential communications. Some data may need to be retained for security, legal, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, or service-continuity reasons.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the service, account relationship, hiring workflow, support, legal compliance, audit, fraud prevention, security, backup, and legitimate business needs. Applicant and assessment data may be retained to support placement history, anti-fraud review, and re-application workflows unless deletion is required or appropriate.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authentication, access controls, logging, backup practices, and secure infrastructure patterns. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and users should protect passwords, devices, and account access.
Children
Our services are intended for professional, business, technical training, hiring, and developer audiences. They are not directed to children. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child where parental consent is required, we will take appropriate steps to delete or restrict it.
Changes
